To arrange an appointment please contact us on 0141 554 4536. Lines open at 8.45am.
Our reception staff will need to ask the purpose of your appointment. This is to allow us to best assess your need and ensure you are referred to the most appropriate health care professional. If you feel your issue is private, and do not wish to to tell the staff the nature of the problem, this will be respected.
All our staff members are bound by confidentiality regulations so any information you give will be treated in the strictest confidence.
In keeping with Government guidelines we aim to see patients within 48 hours. We guarantee to see anyone the same day if the patient considers this to be necessary.
Online Service - Currently Suspended
In order to arrange your appointments online you will need to register for this service via the Patient Access website. To do so you will require an access code, unique to you, which our reception can provide you with.

Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Failing to attend appointments wastes time and resources leading to increased waiting times for other patients. Patients who miss several appointments will be contacted, in writing, and asked to ensure they attend future appointments. Patients who continue to miss appointments may be removed from the practice list and require to register elsewhere.
Students
As an accredited training practice medical and nursing students attend the practice from time to time. We hope that you will co-operate with us and help the students to learn about general practice. However, you will be informed of their presence in advance. If you do not want them to be present at your consultation, your wishes will be respected.
